We are a residential appraisal firm in Palm Beach County, Florida. We have been appraising South Florida since 1992.
What the record actually is
34,000+ appraisals in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Broward counties. Within that: 2,486 construction completion certificates, 4,453 condominium appraisals, 6,474 exterior-only reports, 756 small multi-family and two-to-four-unit income assignments, 401 vacant residential land appraisals, 391 field reviews of other appraisers' work, and 45 relocation assignments on the ERC form.
We publish those figures because they are checkable, and because a firm that cannot say how often it has done something is telling you something by omission.
We have also appraised dozens of properties over $10,000,000. We mention it for one reason only: unusual properties are where valuations diverge most, and where an appraiser without comparable experience produces a number that does not survive scrutiny.
Residential only
We do not appraise commercial property. Appraisal is a licensed profession with defined competency requirements, and taking an assignment outside your competence is both a bad idea and a violation of the standards we work under. If you need commercial valuation we will say so rather than attempt it.

Our appraisers are state-certified residential appraisers. Our staff includes an MAI and SRA designated appraiser. Full credentials
Client privacy
We do not publish appraised values. We do not publish borrower, owner or client names. We do not publish photographs of properties we have appraised. Our public map shows locations and assignment types and nothing else — no addresses, no figures, no names.
That is a deliberate constraint on our own marketing. A firm that will show you one client's file will show someone else yours.
