Service Area
We appraise residential property in four South Florida counties. The figures below are counts of assignments in our own file, not estimates.
Palm Beach County — 24,181 assignments
Our home county, and the deepest part of the record. From Jupiter Farms acreage and The Acreage's five-acre parcels through Wellington's equestrian property, the coastal towns, and the condominium markets of West Palm Beach and Boca Raton.
Broward County — 5,064 assignments
Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Plantation, Coral Springs and the surrounding municipalities. A market that differs from Palm Beach County in housing age and density, and is appraised on that basis rather than by extending Palm Beach comparables south.
Martin County — 1,677 assignments
Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Sewall's Point and Indiantown — golf communities, riverfront property and inland acreage in one small county.
St. Lucie County — 927 assignments
Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce, including the barrier-island condominium market on Hutchinson Island and the age-restricted communities inside Tradition.
Coastal work
Across Palm Beach County's sixteen coastal towns we have completed more than 4,500 assignments over 3,657 properties. Waterfront valuation turns on dockage capacity, water depth and bridge clearance as much as on the house, and those are the assignments most often contested.
