Privacy policy

The short version: our business runs on confidentiality, and this site is built to the same standard as our files.

What we never publish

No appraised values. No borrower, owner or client names. No photographs of properties we have appraised. Our public map shows locations and assignment types only — no addresses, and its data files are engineered so that address lists cannot be extracted from them.

Appraiser confidentiality is not a courtesy; it is an obligation under USPAP's Ethics Rule. Assignment results go to the client and to no one else, save where law requires.

What this site collects

The contact form collects what you type — name, phone, email, property, purpose — and sends it to our two office mailboxes. It is used to respond to you and for nothing else, is never sold, and is never published.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. It sets cookies; nothing it collects identifies you to us by name.

Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no data sales, no marketing lists. If you call us, we do not add you to anything.
