Lantana Real Estate Appraiser
Lantana packs three quite different markets into a very small town. Hypoluxo Island and Point Manalapan sit at the top: barrier-island and near-island property with water on both sides and a handful of sales a year. The mainland core west of Dixie is modest 1950s and 60s housing — San Castle, Ridge Grove, Lantana Heights — where value follows condition and lot size. Along the Intracoastal, the Moorings and similar developments form a third, mostly attached, market.
The town's small size is the practical problem. There are rarely enough recent sales inside Lantana to build a comparable set without reaching into Lake Worth Beach, Hypoluxo or Boynton Beach, and each of those reaches carries an adjustment that has to be justified rather than assumed.
Multi-family and small income property are 7% of our Lantana work, an unusually high share, because the older mainland grid contains duplexes and converted houses mixed into single-family blocks — the same pattern seen in Lake Worth Beach, and the same trap.
